Refund Policy

The short version: changed your mind about an online cohort? Ask within 7 days of paying or before it starts, whichever is later, and get everything back. At our Kalyandurg centre you get back the fees for the part you didn't attend. Refunds are processed within 10 days.
What this covers
This policy covers the self-paced courses sold on zerotheoryai.com and the paid programmes sold on zerotheory.live. Free courses, the free first week of every course and our free tools cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. College and company licences follow the refund terms in their own agreements.
When you get a refund

Pro-rata refunds at the Kalyandurg centre follow the Andhra Pradesh Coaching Institutions Rules, 2026.
How to ask
Email hello@zerotheoryai.com from the address you paid with, and include your receipt or invoice number. You don't have to give a reason, and there are no cancellation fees.
How the money comes back
- We confirm your request within one working day and process an approved refund within 10 days.
- The money goes back to the way you paid, through Razorpay. Banks usually take another 5–7 working days to show it.
- The refund includes the GST you paid, and we issue a GST credit note against your invoice.
No loans, no traps
We never sell programmes on loans or through finance companies. Prices on zerotheory.live include 18% GST, so there are no charges added at checkout. When we offer instalments, they will run on UPI AutoPay, and stopping it stops future payments.
If something goes wrong
If a refund is late or you disagree with a decision, write to our Grievance Officer. You keep your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including approaching a consumer commission.
