Waitlist · opening in 2027 with a free pilot

Hire builders for what they've shipped.

Every score on ZeroTheory links to the commits, tests and rubric behind it. Search by city, district and skill, then talk to the candidates who say yes. We're opening in 2027 with a free pilot.

Why a waitlist

We build supply first

A hiring marketplace with no candidates wastes your time. So we're growing verified supply first: learners ship weekly projects, scored by a published rubric. Search opens city by city and skill by skill, once there are enough verified, opted-in builders to make it worth your while.

How it will work

Verified companies, consenting candidates

  1. Verify your company

Before any access: your company's CIN or GSTIN, plus a work email on your company's own domain. We review every company before its first request.
  2. Search by place and skill

Filter by city or district and by skill, then by ZScore and verified-project count. Results rank by the ZScore for that skill. Profiles stay anonymous until a candidate accepts your request.
  3. See the proof

Every verified project shows its live link, repository, score, rubric version and the commit it was verified at. Discipline shows too: deadlines met on time, week after week.
  4. Request, then unlock

Send a request to a candidate. Their contact details unlock only when they accept, and every view and unlock is written to their sharing ledger.

Fair by design

Rules that protect candidates, and your hiring

  • No filters for gender, age, religion or caste, and ranking never uses them.
  • Only adults who switched on recruiter discovery appear. Learners under 18 never do.
  • Candidates can switch discovery off at any time, and they see every company that viewed or unlocked their profile.
  • Recruiters may never charge candidates a fee.
  • Every candidate is scored by the same published rubric, whether they paid for a cohort or not.

The signal

What a ZScore tells you

A ZScore runs from 0 to 1,000. It weighs verified projects at 65%, quiz mastery at 15% and discipline at 20%. Recent work counts more, evidence older than 24 months drops out, and top scores are re-run on our own machines. See the full formula.

Hard to farm

Clicking through lessons earns little. One lucky project can't top a board: scores stay conservative until there is enough evidence.

Reproducible

Deterministic tools, no AI grading. The same commit and rubric version always give the same score.

Per skill

The same formula runs per skill, using only evidence tagged with it, so a React search ranks on React work.
